are launching the third generation of products in the fall of 2020, our new pride - CINEMOOD TV.
This is a brand new product with a new hardware base with a Qualcomm processor and the world's
first mini projector with an LTE SIM card, designed for family viewing and education.

Will there be a subscription included?
The new CINEMOOD TV will include a Premium subscription to CINEMOOD Cloud for 1 month.
When will be CINEMOOD TV released?
The delivery of CINEMOOD TV customers will begin in September 2020.

Will the old Smart Cover fit the new CINEMOOD?
CINEMOOD TV is bigger than the previous generation by 0.2in, so the covers from the previous
models are not compatible in size. The content of your smart covers will be available on the new
CINEMOOD.
New accessories for CINEMOOD TV are currently in development.

LTE configuration modules are different for the US / EU bands.
What is LTE and how will it work?
LTE Cat 4 is high-speed Internet access over the mobile network of a Telecom operator at speeds
up to 150 Mbit / second. Just insert nanoSIM and CINEMOOD TV will receive and transmit data. Now
your CINEMOOD will always be connected.
We are working on pre-installing SIM cards with a special tariff together with a partner - a
Telecom operator.
What is the image size and at what distance?
CINEMOOD TV is comfortable to watch at a distance anywhere between 2 and 200 inches.
When viewed while lying on a bed, the image size on the ceiling will be 118in x 79in (w x h)
with a projection distance of 71in from the bed to the ceiling.
Can I return my old CINEMOOD under the Trade-In program and order CINEMOOD TV?
You will be able to use the Trade-In program when CINEMOOD TV will be in-stock.
What are the guarantees that I will pay now and receive by the promised date?
We have been successfully using pre-order mechanics since 2016, it all started on the
crowdfunding platform Indiegogo, when we raised $200,000, serving 1000 pre-orders from 127
countries. Since then, we have repeatedly used pre-orders for the release of each new product
and delivered the product exactly on time.
Coronavirus, of course, makes its own adjustments to the plans but we plan to deliver all
pre-orders in September-November 2020.
Will it really be so bright that you can watch CINEMOOD during the day?
The brightness of 200 lumens allows you to see a clear bright image in daylight, high quality is
maintained up to the image size of 30 inches.
In the evening and at night, high image quality is possible at a size of 30-150 inches.
Will the 200 lumens affect my child’s sight if he looks at the lens?
We do not recommend shining the CINEMOOD in the eyes from a close distance, just as we do not
recommend bringing any other source of bright light into the eyes. Any bright light source can
harm your vision.
Will there be filmstrips, YouTube, or subscriptions?
The new CINEMOOD TV will include all your favorite content: cartoons, filmstrips, movies & TV
series, games, karaoke, shadow theater, lullabies, music services, children's radio, the ivi
app, MULT, YouTube, MegaFon TV and much more.
What subscriptions will be available?
The new CINEMOOD will include a premium subscription to CINEMOOD Cloud for 1 month. You can also
choose from 2 other subscription plans with access to certain content groups.
Would it be possible to move my account to a new CINEMOOD?
Yes. You can transfer all your purchases, favorite content, settings, and profile data to the
new CINEMOOD, and leave or delete this data from the old one so that you can give it to a
friend. You can also sync your new CINEMOOD TV with your old one to access your purchases,
favorite content, settings, and profile. This procedure is carried out in a matter of minutes
using CINEMOOD mobile app.
